Nerf Reversal of Fortune
There is something just wrong with Reversal of Fortune. I mean, skills to mitigate damage, deflect damage, heal damage...sure. But turn damage directly into healing? And, it's super-spammable. In fact, I suspect it allows you to take on almost any opponent 1v1.
I'd love to hear about how W/? or R/? can get around this skill...

Well, for warrior or ranger I can say that neither disrupting chop nor distracting shot work well...it is highly unlikely that you can time the blow correctly.

I suppose the solution to a monk that is spamming Reversal of Fortune is to simply put backfire on him or some energy denial skills etc. I've tried to keep people alive by just using that and divine favour and my energy just ran out too fast even though it only costs 5 energy.
Edit: Oh you wanted for a warrior or ranger, hang on let me think...

First of all, this is a strategy discussion forum: Don't call for nerfs here. Make your point, and if it's a good enough point then maybe others will support you. A title calling for a nerf is going about it the wrong way.
Second, use the search button.
